The privacy policy for the web services of the Estonian Maritime Museum is set out in the following clauses:
1.1 The Service User gives clear and informed consent to the Service Provider for processing their personal data.
1.2 The personal data of the Service User which is submitted by the user upon purchase of the service and becomes known to the Service Provider shall be entered in the customer register and used for the provision of the service.
1.3 The source of personal data is the formation of a customer relationship when purchasing service in the e-shop.
1.4 The personal data to be registered includes data about the order placed by the Service User: first name(s), last name, phone number, e-mail address, consent to the terms and conditions of the e-shop.

1.6 Personal data is protected by all security measures required by law.
1.7 The Service Provider undertakes to refrain from transferring registered personal data to unauthorised persons.
1.8 The Service Provider reserves the right to transfer personal data of the Service User to persons who have a lawful right to process the data for fulfilling obligations laid down by law and to persons who have a lawful right to process the data for protecting the life, health, or liberty of the Service User or another person.
1.9 The Service User has the right to verify or change their personal data, as well as remove their data from the register.
1.10 The Service User gives their consent to the Service Provider for sending an order confirmation to the e-mail address they submitted when placing the order.
