As regards to the decision of the Government, the Fat Margaret and the Seaplane Harbour can be visited upon presenting the COVID certificates which involve proof of vaccination, proof of a negative coronavirus test result or proof of having had COVID-19. The requirement does not concern children under 18 years.
Seaplane Harbour is open: Tuesday-Friday 10.00-17.00, Saturday-Sunday 10.00-19.00. In addition to the permanent exhibition, two temporary exhibitions are opened: “UMUK UDŽD OTB. An exhibition of Bruno Linneberg, an Estonian navy and intelligence Officer“, and theme area „The Tall Ships Races“. Fat Margaret is open: Monday-Sunday 10.99-19.00. In addition to recently renewed and awarded permanent exhibition, a small photo exhibition is open in the gallery on the first floor, devoted to the 85th anniversary of launching the submarines Kalev and Lembit.
