- Museum territory: The outdoor area of the Seaplane Harbour is public space and open for everyone daily. Tickets are required for admission to the Seaplane Harbour museum in the Seaplane Hangar and the museum ships. Tickets can be purchased from the circular Desk in the Hangar.
- Information material: Visitor maps of the Seaplane Harbour are available near the Desk in Estonian, English, Russian, Finnish, German, Latvian and Swedish. In addition, various other brochures are available at the Desk.
- Toilets: Toilets are located in the entrance hall, to the left of the Desk.
- Lifts: There are two lifts in the Seaplane Hangar: one to the left of the Desk, opposite to the stairs, and the other in the exhibition area, opposite to the Lembit submarine.
- Cloakroom: There is an unattended coat check to the right of the Desk, right near the stairs. The storage lockers are to the left of the stairs: 1 euro coins are needed but will be returned after using the locker.
- Baggage: Big bags or suitcases are not allowed in the exhibition area. Please use the lockers to store the baggage or consult the Desk.
- Pushchairs and wheelchairs: Guests with a baby pushchair or wheelchair can get around comfortably in the Seaplane Harbour. Unfortunately, wheeled vehicles cannot be used for entering the Lembit submarine or the Suur Tõll icebreaker. A wheelchair is also available from the Desk if needed.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed in the museum, except for guide dogs and service dogs performing their functions. Pets are allowed at the outdoor area in the Harbour.
- Car parking: There is a car park in the empty area in front of the entrance to the Seaplane Harbour. - Bus parking: There are three parking places for buses at the driveway which is at the Patarei side.
- Lost and found: If you have lost or found something in the Seaplane Harbour, please contact the Desk (+372 6 200 545). Things will be kept until 31.12.2023.
- Photos and videos: Taking photos and videos is permitted in the Seaplane Hangar and elsewhere in the Seaplane Harbour. Photography or filming for a commercial purpose is permitted only by prior agreement with the Maritime Museum: please contact kristina@meremuuseum.ee
