The Seaplane Harbour is filled with great ideas, adventures and history. The Seaplane Hangars — a building connecting the sea with the sky — has, in addition to many prizes, also been awarded the Europa Nostra 2013 Grand Prix for cultural heritage.
We recommend the Seaplane Harbour for:
- spectacular celebration of important corporate events: stand-up receptions for up to 1500 persons;
- receptions or gala dinners with tables laid for up to 700 persons;
- varied large-scale events for families, companies, institutions or organisations, both in the indoor and outdoor areas;
- concerts and show programmes for audiences of up to 600;
- corporate motivational and team-building events, also for smaller numbers of participants.
At the Seaplane Harbour we offer:
- an exceptional atmosphere: everything will take place in the museum, right in the middle of the exhibits;
- assistance in preparing the idea and the programme;
- special excursions, quizzes and strategy games;
- catering for up to 300 persons;
- café/restaurant MARU: meals for up to 75 persons; a 100-seat outdoor terrace in the summer season;
- the entire outdoor area for hosting several thousand guests;
- the icebreaker Suur Tõll: meals in the ship’s lounge for up to 16 persons; a seminar room for up to 20 persons; the entire ship for up to 75 persons.
The icebreaker Suur Tõll
The Suur Tõll ship’s deck can be used for receptions or open-air concerts for up to 100 guests. Additionally, we offer catering by Café MARU of the Seaplane Harbour. The ship’s deck can be partially sheltered with a tarpaulin.
Price: € 240/h
The price includes holding the event on the ship’s deck and an unguided visit to the icebreaker.
Officers’ Mess-Room
The stylish officers’ mess-room of the Suur Tõll can accommodate up to 16 guests. The room is well suited for smaller receptions, festive occasions or dinners. The events can start at 19.30 (7.30 p.m.) or later; catering is offered by Café MARU of the Seaplane Harbour. A guided tour of the ship can be booked additionally upon request.

A dinner will last approximately 2-3 hours. Security during the entire event is included in the price (there is a watchman on board the ship).
A guided tour of the Suur Tõll (45 minutes): € 45 in the Estonian language; € 55 in another language (Finnish, Russian, English and German available). A tour group may include up to 20 persons.

Times for events in the Maritime Museum
The events can start before or after the museum is closed for everyday visitors. During the winter season, i.e. from October to April, full-day events can be organised on Mondays.
