The Estonian Maritime Museum\u2019s second permanent exhibition is located at the edge of Tallinn\u2019s Old Town in the Fat Margaret Cannon Tower. The museum underwent a major renovation in 2018\u20132019, and showcases the story of Estonia as a maritime nation from the Middle Ages to the present day. Exhibits include a medieval shipwreck unique in Europe and the museum\u2019s extensive collection of ship models. Don\u2019t forget to bring your binoculars to explore the birdwatching towers and a beach towel for a refreshing swim at the neighbouring Pikakari beach.
