We will talk about the effect of human activity in Antarctica: why is it prohibited to pee on the ground there or to tread on mosses? We will present interesting examples about practices in the Antarctic to date and try to take a look into the future.<\/p>\n<p>Andres Tarand, a former climatologist, and J\u00fcri Martin, a botanist, have been closely involved in the developments of Estonia\u2019s Antarctic research as well as the establishment of the Estonian Polar Club.<\/p>\n<p>This Maritime Forum will be in Estonian.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Maritime Forums are free for everyone.
