Opening times

Maritime museum re-opening after quarantine

Seaplane Harbour is re-opened on 12th of May, Fat Margaret on 15th of May. Both buildings are opened with certain limitations adressing current situation. Working hours remain the same as during summertime, Monday-Sunday 10-19. Ticket prices remain the same as well. During this period visitors are offered free audioguide, usage of personal headphones strongly advised.

Following measures are temporarily implemented in exhibition to be used during transitional period:

  • Hands-on screens can be used with touch-sensitive pencils, given out at the ticket office
  • Actions involving the use of VR-goggles and headphones are moved to screens and speakers
  • Both buldings have children hands-on activities closed, as well as Fat Margaret’s 3D ship models

The maximum size of a guided tour group is 10 persons. Submarine Lembit is temporarily off-limits for tours. Tour participants are strongly advised to take personal safety equipment with them (masks and gloves).

For a safe museum experience visitors are to keep 2m distance with other visitors and the staff. Disinfectants, provided in buildings, must be used on point of entry and after contact with various surfaces. Please watch your children and ensure that they behave in similar fashion. People with signs of disease are not allowed inside the museum.

Museum conducts regular wet cleaning. It is possible to buy a protective mask and receive free pair of gloves.

October–April: Tue–Sun, 10.00–18.00

May–September: Mon–Sun, 10.00–19.00
