Annual pass

AastapiletThe Annual Pass to the Maritime Museum will grant its owner unlimited access to the Fat Margaret tower, the Seaplane Harbour and the museum ships for a whole year. Annual Passes are available at the Desks of the Seaplane Harbour and Fat Margaret.

Within 12 months after registering the Annual Pass at the Desk of the Seaplane Harbour or Fat Margaret, the owner will have access to practically everything offered by the most popular museum in Estonia: the permanent exhibitions in Fat Margaret and the Seaplane Harbour, the Suur Tõll icebreaker and the other museum ships, free tours, seasonal exhibitions and programme events.

Prices of the Annual Pass:

  • Family Pass: €75 (includes two adults and their children aged 18 and under)
  • Full Pass: €50;
  • Discounted Pass: €25 (for pupils aged 9−18 and students)
  • Admission is free for children aged 8 and under.

The Annual Pass cannot be used for special events held in the Maritime Museum (the Gourmet Cinema of the PÖFF festival, concerts, theatrical performances, etc.); a separate ticket will be required for such events.

The Full or Discounted Pass is personal and cannot be used by others. The Family Pass can also be used by other family members who have been registered at the time of purchasing the Pass.

The Annual Pass provides a number of special offers and discounts:

  • within one year, an unlimited number of visits to the Seaplane Harbour and Fat Margaret while the museum is open, except for special events with a separate ticket (an ID will be required at the Desk);
  • free access to curator tours of new exhibitions: the invitations will be sent by email;
  • Free audio guide
  • 10% discount on children’s birthday programmes, paid tours and group programmes;
  • 10% discount in the museum shops of the Seaplane Harbour and Fat Margaret tower;
  • 10% discount in Café MARU of the Seaplane Harbour and the roof terrace summer café of Fat Margaret;
  • preferential registration of up to three children for the school break day camps of the Maritime Museum.

Children aged 8 or under are admitted free.

Each year, the Maritime Museum brings top-class exhibitions to the Seaplane Harbour and Fat Margaret tower.

 

Also worth checking out are the Maritime Museum’s programme events: we have rich programmes to celebrate the Children’s Day, the Night of Ancient Bonfires, Father’s Day and a number of others. The Maritime Forums and many other events are held in addition.

The permanent exhibition of the Maritime Museum in the Seaplane Harbour is being renewed

The Seaplane Harbour will be closed from January to May 2024 to prepare an updated and fully engaging exhibition. The partners of the Estonian Maritime Museum in renewing the permanent exhibition of the Seaplane Harbour are KOKO architects and MOTOR.

VENEZIA – Queen of the Seas’ is open until 3 September: ‘Canaletto wanted to go home early’

The Estonian-Italian collaborative exhibition ‘VENEZIA – Queen of the Seas’ opened at the Seaplane Harbour on 25 March 2023 and was scheduled to be open until the beginning of January 2024. In the course of interim negotiations, it was agreed that the exhibition at the Seaplane Harbour will remain open until 3 September.
