Horned helmets, tattoos with weird symbols, comic books, films, TV series and much more. What kind of an imprint has been left by the ancient Scandinavians on our culture; what signs of the Vikings can we find from modern art and music?

Professor Donna Heddle is the Director of the Centre for Nordic Studies in the University of the Highlands and Islands, Scotland, UK.

This Maritime Forum will be held in English.

The Maritime Forums are free for everyone. The forum will begin at 18.00. We shall meet near the Desk at the Seaplane Harbour.
